FAQ
How Would I Submit A Design Request?
You will be added to a space on ClickUp specially made for your business, and managed by your account manager.
You will then be able to submit your design requests directly in there and monitor their progress.
Will I Communicate Directly With Your Designers or Developers ?
You will be communicating with your account manager, so they can communicate all your requests to designers/developers.
Why Wouldn’t I Just Hire A Designer?
Between long hiring process, probation period, paperwork etc… It wouldn’t just stop at one designer. Our team offers multiple skillsets that would usually require you to hire multiple people: social media manager, graphic designer, web designer/developer etc. Happily, we come as a package deal!
Can I just add you to our Slack/Teams or text you our requests?
Weknow from experience that information gets lost and projects get sidetracked when trying to organize them through text or Slack. Clickup helps us organize everything so we can deliver in a timely manner, and includes a comment space in each task for you to directly communicate with us!
What are the turnaround times?
The simple answer is : it depends. Some requests can be done the same day, some can take a week: you will always discuss and set deadlines with your account manager, because us being able to delivering your work also depends on you being able to give us the tools we need to do so!
